Audit Senior / Auditor
Sharjah HQ + client sites (Sharjah / Umm Al Quwain) — full-time
Plan and execute risk-based audits for SME clients across trading, manufacturing and services. Own sections of the audit file from planning to completion, draft observations that hold, and review junior workpapers — with a partner reading all of it.
Requirements
- Recently qualified CA / ACCA, or finalist with completed articles
- 2+ years of real audit fieldwork
- Fluent working knowledge of ISAs — 315, 330, 500, 570
- Strong Excel; any audit platform experience a plus
- Clear written English — we publish, we defend
- UAE driving licence an advantage
- IFRS 18 and Corporate Tax awareness a strong plus
Corporate Tax Associate
Sharjah — hybrid possible
Prepare UAE Corporate Tax returns, QFZP elections and assessments, transfer pricing documentation and disclosure forms. Advise clients on e-invoicing readiness. Live files from week one — not textbook exercises.
Requirements
- Accounting or finance graduate; CA / ACCA progress preferred
- 1–2 years UAE tax or audit experience
- Working knowledge of the CT law, Cabinet decisions and FTA guides
- Precision with elections, thresholds and de minimis conditions
- Strong drafting — memos and TP documentation carry your name
- Curiosity about the e-invoicing rollout
Audit Trainee (Articles)
Sharjah — full-time
Support fieldwork: vouching, workpaper preparation, client queries and file assembly under senior supervision. Unusually fast exposure to complete audits in a practice where partners read every workpaper.
Requirements
- CA / ACCA student, actively pursuing qualification
- Strong Excel fundamentals
- Professional written and spoken English
